HODS Donation Form

If you think the work that we are doing is important and you would like to make a tax-deductible charitable donation to the HOD Society, please choose one of the three options below.

If you would like to fund a specific project, such as an educational video, printing brochures or creating organ donor cards, please call Robert Berman at 212-213-5087.

If you would like us to send a letter to someone recognizing your donation in honor or in memory of someone please send an email with all the details to admin@hods.org.
