Dr. Kramer earned his M.D. and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He has worked extensively within Israel and is a member of numerous major national and international societies for pulmonologists. Dr Kramer is running the lung transplant program in Israel were close to 200 lung and heart lung transplants were performed.

Dr Osband completed medical school and surgical residency at UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School, followed by a transplant fellowship in Philadelphia. She is currently an assistant professor of surgery and attending surgeon in the kidney/pancreas transplant division of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. In addition to transplants, she does minimally invasive donor surgery.
